    2. 1 (8 ounce) box macaroni

    3. 16 ounces sour cream

    4. 2 pounds shredded cheese

    5. 2 eggs, beaten

    6. 2 tablespoons butter

    7. Salt and pepper to taste

    1. Boil macaroni as per instructions on box. Drain.

    2. Add butter, sour cream and beaten eggs.

    3. Salt and pepper to taste, if desired.

    4. Add approximately 2/3 of the cheese to macaroni mixture.

    5. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.

    6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese browns.
