  2. 24 medium prawns, shelled and deveined

  3. 24 chinese pea pods

  4. 24 ripe black olives

  5. Sauce :

  6. 1/4 cup dry sherry

  7. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  8. 1/4 cup peanut butter

  9. 3 tablespoons sugar

  10. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  11. 4 cloves garlic, minced

  1. Alternate prawns, pea pods and olives on bamboo picks.

  2. Combine sherry, soy sauce, peanut butter, sugar, oil and garlic and mix well.

  3. Grill or broil kabobs for 6 to 10 minutes or until prawns turn pink and opaque, brushing prawns frequently with peanut sauce.

  4. Cut each half breast into 6 pieces and skewer with pea pods and olives.

  5. Grill or broil 10 minutes or until done.
