  8. 1 c Bulgur wheat

  9. 1 cn Tomatoes, whole

  10. Water

  11. 1 tb Salt, garlic

  12. 3/8 c Oil, olive

  13. 1/4 c Juice, lemon

  14. 2 tb Parsley

  15. 2 tb Onions, dried

  16. Cook barley according to package directions; set aside.

  17. Drain tomatoes well, reserving liquid. Add enough

  18. water to reserved liquid to measure 1 cup and bring to

  19. boil. Mix together bulgur, boiling liquid, and garlic

  20. salt. Cover for 30 minutes. Add barley and remaining

  21. ingredients to bulgur mixture and refrigerate. Serve
