  1. 3 c Finely crushed vanilla Wafers (about 75)

  2. 2 c Powdered sugar

  3. 1 c Finely chopped pecans Or walnuts

  4. 1/4c Cocoa

  5. 1/2c Brandy

  6. 1/4c Light corn syrup Granulated or powdered suga

  1. + Directions : Mix crushed wafers, powdered sugar, pecans and cocoa. Stir in brandy and corn syrup. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar. Cover tightly and refrigerate several days before serving. ABOUT 5 DOZEN CANDIES; 75 CALORIES PER CANDY.
