  1. 16 oz. shell macaroni

  2. 1/2 c. salad oil

  3. 1/3 c. white wine vinegar

  4. 1 tbsp. dried basil

  5. 1 clove garlic, minced and pressed

  6. 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

  7. 1 tsp. salt

  8. 1/4 tsp. pepper

  1. Cook macaroni. Rinse with cold water; drain well.

  2. In a bowl stir oil, vinegar, basil, garlic, cheese, salt and pepper. Mix in macaroni. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Stir in parsley and green pepper before serving.
