  8. 9 Lasagna noodles -- uncooked

  9. 1/2 cup Mushrooms

  10. 2 1/4 cup Milk -- skim

  11. 3/4 cup Parmesan -- grated

  12. 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

  13. 3 cup Spaghetti sauce -- lo-fat

  14. 1/2 cup Onion -- diced

  15. 1 package Sauce mix; white --

  16. 2 cup Mozzarella; shredded -- no-fat

  17. 16 ounce Broccoli -- frozen/thawed or Zucchini -- fresh/frozen

  18. 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder

  19. Spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray. Mix white sauce according to package

  20. directions. Add onions, mushrooms, broccoli, pepper and garlic powder. Add this

  21. mixture to the white sauce. Layer ingredients as follows: 1 c spaghetti

  22. 3 noodles

  23. 1/3 of broccoli mixture/zucchini

  24. 1/3 of mozzarella

  25. 1/3 of parmesan Repeat this twice for three complete layers.

  26. 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
