  1. 1 Pork chop, chopped fine

  2. 1 Small can white cream corn

  3. 1 c Water

  4. 1 Egg, beaten

  5. 1 g Salt and pepper to taste

  1. + Add a small amount of oil into saucepan and brown the chopped pork.

  2. Add the water and simmer 10-15 minutes.

  3. Add corn, salt and pepper and simmer 10 minutes longer.

  4. Remove from heat and gently stir in the beaten egg.

  5. Serve piping hot.
