  7. 2 Tbsp Butter

  8. 1/2 Lb Fresh Mushrooms -- sliced

  9. 1/2 Tsp Salt

  10. 1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder

  11. 1/8 Tsp Pepper

  12. 1/4 Tsp Oregano

  13. 1 Lb Zucchini

  14. 1/4 C Fresh Bread Crumbs

  15. 1/4 C Grated Parmesan Cheese

  17. Saute mushrooms in butter until lightly browned and most of liquid has

  18. evaporated. Stir in seasonings and herbs and set aside. Wash and peel

  19. zucchini and grate it coarsely. Combine zucchini with bread crumbs,

  20. cheese, and mushroom mixture. Spoon into greased 8 square baking

  21. dish. Beat eggs slightly and pour over zucchini mixture. Stir slightly

  22. 325 until set, about 35 minutes.
