  1. 2 cups raw regular white rice

  2. 1 cup light or dark raisins

  3. 3 tablespoons butter

  1. Preparation : Cook rice as package label directs; drain if necessary. Meanwhile cover raisins with boiling water; let stand 10 minutes; drain. With fork, stir raisins into drained cooked rice along with butter. Makes about 8 servings.
