  14. 1 pound ground beef

  15. 1 pound ground turkey

  16. 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  17. 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  18. 1 16 oz can tomato sauce

  19. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  20. 6 hoagie type sandwich rolls (or 8) -- split and warmed
