  1. 1 cup sliced bananas

  2. 1 cup orange sections -- fresh peeled

  3. 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

  4. 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

  5. 1/2 cup sliced kiwi fruit -- peeled

  6. 1 cup plain yogurt

  7. 1 cup cantaloupe balls

  8. 1/3 cup dates chopped

  9. 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

  10. 6 lettuce leaves

  1. Preparation : Mix all ingredients except the coconut and the lettuce. Cover and chill for 1-2 hours. Place lettuce leaves on a plate, spoon mixture onto lettuce leaves, and garnish with the coconut.
