  1. 1 1 cup thin cream Small pot boiling water

  2. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  3. 2 fresh eggs

  4. 2 rounds toast

  1. Instructions Pour thin cream into the pot of boiling water. When the cream shows tiny bubbles at the edge, add one-fourth a teaspoon of salt and break in two fresh eggs. When the egg white begins to set, separate the eggs from the pan with a spatula. When they are set throughout (this can be told by noting the condition of the eggs when the pan is gently shaken), place them on the toast. Pour the cream over the whole and serve.
