  1. 1 c Bulgur wheat, uncooked

  2. 1/2 ts Dried basil

  3. 1/8 ts Salt

  4. 1/8 ts Pepper

  5. 2 c Boiling water

  6. 1/4 c Chopped pecans

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Lightly oil a 1 quart baking dish or spray with a nonstick cooking spray.

  3. Place bulgur, basil, salt and pepper in prepared baking dish. Add boiling water and mix well.

  4. Cover tightly and bake 20 minutes.

  5. Fluff with a fork, add pecans, and mix well.

  6. Serve hot.
