  1. 2 pound(s) Lean Ground Beef 1 large Onion , Chopped finely 2 can(s) Crescent Roll dough , You want the non perferated kind 1 bag(s) pre shred cole slaw cabbage (1lb) 1 can(s) Sauerkraut , (16 oz can) 1/2 cup(s) Shred cheese , You want colby long horn for this. 1 1/2 cup(s) water

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Treat your 9x13 with cooking spray. Roll out one dough sheet into your prepared 9x13. Bake for 5 minutes and remove from oven. In large skillet, season and cook your ground beef and onion until the meat is no longer pink and the onion is tender. Drain well if needed. Add the ENTIRE bag of pre shred cole slaw cabbage and water. Mix it all together and cook until the cabbage is tender over medium heat. Add the drained kraut and mix until well combined. Allow this to cool a little. Add the meat-onion/Cabbage/ Kraut mixture to the bottom crust. Sprinkle with the shred cheese, and top off with the second roll/sheet of crescent dough. bake for 15-20 minutes or until the top crust is lightly golden brown.
