  1. 5 cups broccoli florets, chopped

  2. 1 10 oz. package broccoli slaw

  3. 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries

  4. 1/2 cup roasted, hulled sunflower seeds

  5. 3/4 cup cashews

  6. 3/4 cup mayonnaise

  7. 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

  8. 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  9. 1/2 tsp. kosher salt

  10. 1/2 tsp. freshly-ground black pepper

  1. Toss broccoli florets, broccoli slaw, cranberries, sunflower seeds and cashews together in a large bowl.

  2. Whisk together remaining ingredients. Mix into salad, until everything is well-coated.

  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  4. Note: This cold broccoli salad recipe can be made up to one day in advance.
