  2. Dried Fruit Pie

  6. 2 cups Prunes

  7. 2 cups Apricots -- dried

  8. 1 cup Golden Raisins

  9. 1/2 cup Apples -- dried

  10. 3/4 cup Sugar

  11. 1/2 cup Walnuts

  12. 1/2 cup Butter -- melted

  13. Pastry for double crust pie

  14. 1/4 cup Sugar

  15. 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

  16. Put fruit in large pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and simmer 10

  17. minutes. Drain fruit and coarsely chop. Combine with sugar, nuts and butter.

  18. Roll out half of pastry and line pie pan. Fill pie shell with fruit mixture,

  19. mounding in center. Top with lattice crust. Sprinkle with mixture of 1/4 cup

  20. 425 dgree preheated oven for 375 degrees and bake
