  1. 2 lbs 908g / 32oz Fish fillets - cut serving size

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lemon juice

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Lemon pepper

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml Butter or margarine

  6. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Sliced mushrooms

  7. 1/2 cup 46g / 1.6oz Hickory-smoke flavored almonds

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped parsley

  9. Parsley sprigs - for garnish

  10. Lemon wedges - for garnish

  1. Place fillets in a single layer in a well-oiled baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, and lemon pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily and is no longer translucent in the center.

  2. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and saute over low heat for 5 to 7 minutes.

  3. To serve, spoon mushroom mixture over fish. Garnish with parsley sprigs and lemon wedges.
