  1. 2-1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs

  2. 4 garlic cloves, minced

  3. 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

  4. 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  5. 1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme or 1 tablespoon dried thyme

  6. 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  8. 6 tablespoons butter, melted, divided

  9. 1 salmon fillets (3 to 4 pounds)

  1. Lemon Herbed Salmon Recipe photo by Taste of Home In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, thyme, lemon peel and salt; mix well. Add 4 tablespoons butter and toss lightly to coat; set aside.

  2. Pat salmon dry. Place skin side down in a greased baking dish. Brush with remaining butter; cover with crumb mixture. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Yield: 8 servings.
