  1. 3/4 C. quick cooking rolled oats

  2. 3/4 C. packed brown sugar

  3. 1/4 C. all purpose flour

  4. 1/4 tsp. salt

  5. 2 Tbs. butter

  6. 1 qt. fresh blackberries

  7. 4 Tbs. sugar

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F In medium bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour and salt.

  2. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

  3. Set aside.

  4. Place berries in a medium sized baking dish.

  5. Sprinkle with sugar.

  6. Sprinkle crumb mixture on top.

  7. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.

  8. Serve warm with ice cream.
