  1. 4 tbsp hips

  2. 2 tbsp honey

  3. 1 ea lemon

  4. 2 quarts boiling water

  1. Method : Squeeze a juice from a lemon. Pour the juice into the thermos, add hips and honey.You can also put the pieces of squeezed lemon there. Pour over boiling water, cork up and leave to brew for a night. Drink 1/2 cup before meal. It is very useful for kids and adults as well.
