  1. 1 Brown and serve sausages - (12 oz)

  2. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Cornstarch

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cold water

  4. 1 Cranberry sauce - (16 oz)

  5. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dry mustard

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Vinegar

  8. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Light raisins

  1. Recipe Instructions In a medium skillet, brown sausage links. Drain any fat. In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water and stir in cranberry sauce. Add salt, mustard and vinegar. Pour over sausages and continue to simmer for 5 minutes. This recipe yields 4 servings. Description: "Really delicious. If you cut the sausage into small pieces, it makes a wonderful appetizer eaten with toothpicks."
