  1. 2 Cornish game hens

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Chicken stock

  3. Salt - to taste

  4. Lemon pepper - to taste

  5. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Cornstarch - mixed with

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cold water

  7. Hot boiled rice

  1. Place Cornish hens in the crockpot (brown hens in a lightly greased skillet first, if desired); sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook on LOW setting for 7 to 9 hours.

  2. Remove hens and skim fat; thicken juices with the cornstarch mixture. Serve with rice.

  3. This recipe yields 2 servings.
