  4. 1 tbsp Water

  5. 2 tsp Corn starch

  1. Mix pork with marinade.

  2. Parboil straw mushrooms and baby corn in boiling water. Drain.

  3. Stir-fry pork in 2 tbsp oil until almost done. Add straw mushrooms, baby corn and Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce. Stir well until pork is done.
