  1. 1 finely chopped onion or 1 bunch scallions

  2. 6 large tomatoes Salt and pepper º cup water

  3. 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  4. 5 level tablespoons flour

  5. 2 cups chicken stock

  6. 1 cup cream

  7. 2 teaspoons finely chopped dill

  8. 2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and julienned

  1. Put the onion or scallions, whole tomatoes, salt, pepper and water in a pan and cook briskly for 6 minutes.

  2. Add the tomato paste and stir in the flour. Pour on the chicken stock and stir over the fire until the soup comes to a boil.

  3. Put through a strainer, stir over ice until cold, then add cream, dill and sliced tomatoes. Serve in bowls very cold.
