  1. 1/2 box gelatine or 2 tablespoons granulated gelatine

  2. 1/2 cup cold water

  3. 1 cup boiling water

  4. 1/3 cup sugar

  5. 2 cups boiled coffee

  1. Instructions Soak gelatine twenty minutes in cold water, dissolve in boiling water, strain, and add to sugar and coffee. Turn into mould, and chill. Serve with sugar and cream.
