  1. 1/3 cup 65g / 2 1/3oz Butter or margarine - melted

  2. 4 Popped popcorn

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Garlic salt

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Onion salt

  5. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven to 325F. Melt butter or margarine over low heat. Pour the popcorn into a large 4-inch-deep baking pan. Add butter, garlic salt, onion salt and cheese, a small amount of each at a time, and toss. Heat in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes to melt the cheese, stirring gently once or twice. Makes 4 quarts.
