  1. 4 cups chicken broth

  2. 1 onion, thinly sliced

  3. 1 clove garlic, mashed

  4. 4 eggs

  5. Dash of pepper and patis to taste

  6. 1 ounce misua

  7. Oil

  8. Green onion, minced

  9. 1) Heat oil in a saucepan and saute garlic until golden brown

  10. 2) Add onion and saute until transparent

  11. 3) Add chicken broth and bring to a boil

  12. 4) Add patis and pepper for taste

  13. 5) Lower heat and let simmer

  14. 6) Add misua and break eggs into the soup

  15. 7) Stir to mix eggs into the soup

  16. 8) Simmer until eggs are cooked

  17. 9) Garnish with green onion and serve hot
