  1. 4 ea Plantains, peeled & sliced

  2. 1/4 ts Salt

  3. 1 ts Curry powder

  4. 1/2 ts Cinnamon

  5. 1/8 ts Cloves

  6. 1 1/2 c Coconut milk

  7. Combine all ingredients except coconut milk in a heavy pot. Pour in 1 c coconut milk & simmer over a low heat until the plantain is

  8. tender & milk is absorbed. Add more mil if necessary. Serve hot.
