  1. Fish cut into medium sized pieces - 750gms

  2. 1 cup dried breadcrumbs

  3. 1 cup grated cheese

  4. 3 tbsp ground almond

  5. 2 eggs

  6. 1 tbsp milk

  7. 1/2 cup flour

  8. 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  9. 2 tbsp sour curd

  10. oil for deep frying

  11. salt to taste

  12. For Ginger Sauce

  13. 2 tbsp finely grated ginger

  14. 5 black pepper

  15. 5 cloves

  16. 1 tsp mustard seeds

  17. 6 tbsp vegetable stock

  18. 2 tbsp vinegar

  19. 2 tsp soya sauce

  1. Marinate the fish pieces in salt, curd and ginger-garlic paste and set aside for 20 mins.

  2. Mix the grated cheese, breadcrumbs and almonds well and keep aside.

  3. Beat the eggs, add milk and blend well.

  4. Dip each marinated fish piece first in flour, then egg mixture and lastly in almond mixture.

  5. Fry in oil over medium flame till golden brown.

  6. Drain on tissue papers and serve with ginger sauce.
