  7. 2 cups rice

  8. water

  9. 3 cubes chicken stock

  10. 1/4 lb mushrooms -- sliced

  11. 2 tablespoons butter

  12. 1 cup heavy cream

  13. salt, pepper, nutmeg

  14. Cook rice in water and chicken cubes to cover by 2 fingers.

  15. Cook mushrooms in butter until all liquid has evaporated.Add rice, nutmeg,

  16. pepper ,salt, cream and plenty of parmesan.

  17. Serve at once. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

  18. NOTES : This is not a real risotto, but it sure tastes great.
