  1. 1 cup Wheat Flour

  2. 1 cup sugar/

  3. 1/2 cup jaggery(or taste)

  4. 1/4 cup ghee

  5. pinch of Salt

  6. 1/2 tsp Cardamon powder

  7. (other dry fruits if like)

  1. Heat the ghee in a pan.

  2. Add to it wheat flour and roast till golden brown and aroma comes.

  3. Then put 2 cups of water and stir gently till the flour becomes soft and of even consistency.

  4. Then put the sugar/jaggery and cardamon powder(and other chopped dry fruits).

  5. Simmer covered and stir occasionally.

  6. Cook till the ghee separates and then serve hot with lemon pickle.
