  2. 1 tbsp. vegetable oil

  3. 1 pound boneless beef sirloin, cut into strips

  4. 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  5. 1 can beef broth

  6. 1 cup water

  7. 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

  8. 3 cups uncooked corkscrew pasta

  9. 1/2 cup sour cream

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef strips. Cook until beef is browned and liquid is evaporated, stirring frequently. Add soup, beef broth, water, worcestershire and pasta. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook mixture 15 to 20 minutes until beef is cooked through and pasta is tender. Stir in sour cream. Heat through. Serve immediately.
