  1. 2 Tbsp. peanut oil

  2. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

  3. 2 1/2 Tbsp. chopped garlic (a whole head)

  4. 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

  5. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  6. 6 Tbsp. white vinegar

  7. 3 Tbsp. honey

  1. heat oil in large skillet and brown chicken well on all sides, adding garlic and crushed red pepper toward end of browning. Add soy sauce, vinegar and honey. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes, or until chicken tests done and sauce is somewhat reduced. Chicken should be slightly glazed.
