  4. 1/4c Light corn syrup

  5. 5 c Peaches, peeled and sliced

  1. + Directions : In a large bowl, stir together the sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and corn syrup. Add the peaches; mix well. Pour the mixture into a greased 8-inch square baking dish and top with cookie dough slices. Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving, or serve chilled. Yield: 8 servings NOTE: You don't have to peel the peaches if you don't want to-- it'll look even more like Mama's old-fashioned cobbler. (this is great served with ice cream, too!)
