  1. 1 lb ground beef , browned and drained

  2. 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn , drained

  3. 1 (28 ounce) can whole stewed tomatoes with basil

  4. 2 (15 ounce) cans dark red kidney beans

  5. 1 (15 ounce) can black beans , drained and rinsed

  6. 1 (15 ounce) can red beans, drained

  7. 1 (1 lb) package mild Velveeta Mexican cheese

  8. 6 -8 teaspoons chili powder

  9. 4 teaspoons hot Mexican chili powder

  10. 1 teaspoon yellow curry powder

  11. 1 1/2 teaspoons red curry powder

  12. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  13. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  14. 2 teaspoons onion powder

  15. 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  16. 1/8 teaspoon seasoning salt or 1/8 teaspoon hickory bacon salt

  1. Place meat, corn, tomatoes, and spices in a crock pot and stir to combine. Heat on low 7 hours (or through one work day).

  2. Add beans and Velveeta and stir. Heat on low an additional 2-3 hours or until melted. ?
