  1. 200g fine bean, cut into 6cm length

  2. 1/4 green pepper, shredded into 1/4 red pepper, shredded into 50g onion, shredded into 6cm x

  3. 50g bamboo shoot, shredded

  4. A few pieces black Chinese fungus, or dried mushrooms soaked with water

  5. 3 small hot green chilli, chopped

  6. 2 cloves of garlic, crushed and chopped

  7. 150ml of water

  8. 2 tbsp of oil

  9. 1 tsp of corn flour mixed with

  10. 2 tbsp of water

  11. 1 1/2 tbsp chilli bean sauce

  12. 1/2 tbsp crushed yellow bean sauce

  13. 1 tsp light soy sauce

  14. 1/2 tsp sugar

  15. 1/4 tsp of oyster sauce (optional, not suitable for vegetarians)

  1. Blanch the fine bean for 15 seconds.

  2. Heat up the oil in a wok on a low heat and stir-fry the garlic and chillies until fragrant and aromatic.

  3. Add other ingredients and stir-fry on a high heat for 45 seconds.

  4. Add in water and seasoning.

  5. Bring it to boil and thicken with corn starch. Toss for a few seconds and serve.
