  1. 2 pound(s) pork ribs bone in..

  2. 2 quart(s) tomato sause

  3. 16 ounce(s) diced tomatoes

  4. 3 ounce(s) e.v.v.o

  5. 2 tablespoon(s) minced garlic

  6. 1 small onion

  7. 3 pinch(es) italian seasoning , you can find this in a 'grinder' style container

  8. 2 tablespoon(s) sugar

  9. 1 pinch(es) salt , you dont need a lot !

  10. 1 pinch(es) pepper , i like fresh ground

  1. pour e.v.v.o in fry pan, add minced garlic.and diced onion , sear ribs till browned. while browning place tomato suase ,diced tomatoes ,sugar Italian seasons in crock pot. when ribs are browned place in crock..garlic from the pan too..simmer on low for 6 hours or till the meat FALLS from the bones.remove bones. I like to cook my pasta then add sause to it and refridgerate over nite. it just gives time for the flavors to infuse. make sure you have bread and parmasian chezz.
