  1. 5 ea squids

  2. 2 ea pickles

  3. 1 ea carrot

  4. 1 ea onion

  5. 3 ea potatoes

  6. 4 oz green peas mayonnaise to dress salt to taste pepper to taste greens to taste

  1. Method : Peel boiled potatoes and carrot. Then cube vegetables, julienne boiled squids and dice onion. Combine all the ingredients and dress with seasons and oil. Serve in a glass bowl, sprinkled with greens.
