  1. 12 Chicken wings, fresh or thawed - washed

  2. 1 oz 28g Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce

  3. 1 oz 28g Lime juice

  4. 8 oz 227g Honey

  5. 2 oz 56g Ginger - freshly grated

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  1. Create a marinade by combining all ingredients. Immerse wings and let stand for 2 hours.

  2. Retain some of the marinade. Grill wings until golden brown with prominent marks on either side. Remove to a shallow oven-safe dish.

  3. Return wings to marinade and bake until cooked through -- until an internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached. Serve hot.

  4. This recipe yields 1 dozen wings.
