  5. 1 cup 237ml Sour cream

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Mayonnaise

  7. 1 Taco seasoning mix

  8. 21 oz 596g Prepared bean dip

  9. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Green onions - chopped

  10. 3 cups 187g / 6.6oz Tomatoes - seeded and chopped (medium)

  11. 1 Black olives - chopped

  12. 8 oz 227g Sharp cheddar cheese - grated Tortilla chips

  1. Recipe Instructions Peel, pit and mash avocados in medium bowl. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. In separate bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning. To assemble, spread bean dip on a large, shallow platter. Top with avocado mixture followed by a layer of sour cream and taco mixture. Sprinkle with chopped onions, tomatoes, and olives.. Cover with shredded cheese.
