  4. 1 tablespoon grainy mustard or 1 tablespoon sugar-free thousand island dressing

  5. 2 tablespoons prepackagedcoleslaw mix or 2 tablespoons sauerkraut

  1. Open the lettuce or cabbage leaf on a plate.

  2. Place cheese on the leaf and top with pastrami.

  3. Spread mustard or dressing onto pastrami.

  4. Add coleslaw or sauerkraut.

  5. Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
