  1. 1 pkg. dry yeast

  2. 2 tbsp. sugar

  3. 2 1/2 tbsp. all purpose flour

  4. 1/2 c. lukewarm water

  5. 2 c. warm water

  1. Feed every 3 to 5 days with: 3 tbsp. instant potatoes 1 c. warm water Mix yeast with 1/2 cup water. Mix sugar with 2 cups warm water with flour. Add to yeast mixture. Let stand in a glass jar and cover with a cloth for 5 days in the refrigerator, feed the starter every 3 to 5 days with the starter ingredients.

  2. Allow to sit at room temperature, use 1 cup to make bread or throw away.
