  1. 1 cup medium grain rice

  2. 1 bunch spring onions, finely chopped

  3. 1 carrot, finely chopped

  4. 2 to 3 cabbage leaves, finely chopped

  5. 6 to 7 french beans, finely chopped

  6. 1 tbsp. oil

  7. 1/4 tsp aji-no-moto

  8. 1 1/2 tsp soya sauce

  9. 1 tsp chilli sauce

  1. Boil rice till each grain is separate and almost cooked. Drain and keep it to cool in a plate.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and put vegetables, except spring onions.

  3. Stir fry till it becomes crispy, put spring onions, salt and sauces.

  4. Mix properly and pour over the rice.

  5. Combine the rice and vegetables gently, till evenly coated.

  6. Adjust sauces and salt as per taste.

  7. Before serving, heat properly either in oven or in microwave.

  8. Ready to serve hot.
