  1. 1 loaf Italian bread

  2. 6 tbsp. softened butter

  3. 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley

  4. 2 minced garlic cloves

  1. Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise. Then, use a butter knife or cookie cutter to cut out shamrock shapes. Cream together butter, parsley, and garlic. Spread this on the bread shapes and bake on a cookie sheet in a preheated 400-degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the bread turns light brown.
