  2. 16 ounce package breakfast sausage patties

  3. 1 pound grated cheddar cheese

  4. 1 1/4 pounds grated Monterey Jack cheese

  5. three 4 ounce cans chopped green chilies, drained

  6. 9 large eggs

  7. 1 cup milk

  8. 2 tbsp. all purpose flour

  9. 2 tsp. paprika

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat the inside of a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Brown the sausage patties in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain on paper towels. Arrange the sausage patties in the bottom of the prepared dish. Spread 1/2 of the cheddar and Monterey Jack over the sausage. Sprinkle 1/2 of the chilies over the cheese. Repeat the layering with the remaining cheeses and chilies. Combine the eggs, milk and flour in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the egg mixture over the casserole. Sprinkle the paprika over the top. Bake the casserole about 40 to 45 minutes until the eggs are set. Let stand a few minutes before slicing and serving.
