  1. 5 cups 312g / 11oz Yellow onions - finely chopped (large)

  2. 2 Green bell peppers - finely chopped

  3. 18 Garlic - minced

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Ground New Mexican chile

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cumin seed - roasted and ground

  6. 8 tablespoons 120ml Dry mustard

  7. 4 cups 948ml Cider vinegar

  8. 7 1/2 lbs 3405g / 120oz Catsup

  9. 6 tablespoons 90ml Worcestershire sauce

  10. 3 Limes - juiced

  11. 1 1/2 tablespoons 22ml Black pepper

  12. 2 teaspoons 10ml White pepper

  13. 2 cups 320g / 11oz Brown sugar

  14. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Molasses

  1. Recipe Instructions Saute first 3 ingredients until soft. Add next 3 ingredients and cook over high heat for about 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about two hours. Remove from heat and let cool. Puree sauce in a food processor until smooth.
