  1. 1 small can tomato paste

  2. 5 cans water

  3. 2 ripe tomato es

  4. 1 T paprika

  5. 1 t garlic powder

  6. 1 t dried parsley or Italian seasoning

  7. 2 T Vegeta

  8. 1 T cornstarch Black pepper to taste

  9. 1/2 cup olive oil Meat mixture:

  10. 1 lb. ground turkey

  11. 1/2 cup rice

  12. 1 t paprika salt and pepper minced onion Peppers for stuffing

  1. Sauce: Grind tomatoes on a grater and throw skins out. Add paste, olive oil, spices and 5 paste cans of water. Combine all meat ingredients together and stuff peppers. The little multicolored ones work great! Place peppers in baking pan, top with sauce and cook covered at 350° for 40 minutes. Uncover and cook another 20 minutes. This is gooed with other types of veggies as well. If you use onions use small ones. Boil them in water with 1 T vinegar to keep the onion rings from breaking.
