  2. ORANGE, PINE NUT AND GREEN BEAN SALAD

  9. 112 1/2 g French beans

  10. 1/2 bn Radishes

  11. 1/2 Chicory head

  12. 12 1/2 g Toasted pine nuts

  13. --DRESSING--

  14. 1/2 tb Hazelnut oil

  15. 1/2 tb White wine vinegar

  16. Seasoning

  17. Preparation: top and tail the French beans.

  18. : divide the chicory head into lead.

  19. 1. Peel the oranges and cut them into segments, over a

  20. bowl to catch

  21. the juice. Cook the beans in boiling water for 2

  22. minutes. Drain

  23. and refresh under cold running water.

  24. 2. Place orange segments, beans, radishes, chicory and pine nuts in a

  25. salad bowl.

  26. 3. Whisk the dressing ingredient with the reserved

  27. orange juice, pour

  28. over the salad and toss gently. Serve with Italian

  29. olive oil bread,

  30. such as ciabatta and focaccia.
