  2. 2 tablespoons sugar

  3. 1 teaspoon lime juice

  4. 1/4 cup coconut

  5. 1 honeydew melon , scooped in balls or diced

  2. Stir well.

  3. Chill until ready to use.

  4. Place melon in lg bowl.

  5. Add coconut and stir gently to combine.

  6. Add coconut milk mixture and toss to coat.
