  1. 1 1/2 cups soft breadcrumbs

  2. 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

  3. 1 teaspoon thyme

  4. 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  5. 1 teaspoon lemon, zest of

  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  7. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  8. 1/3 teaspoon paprika

  9. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  10. 4 halibut fillets

  11. 2 tablespoons melted butter , divided

  1. Combine the first 9 ingredients.

  2. Pat the fish dry.

  3. Place, skin side down, in a 13x9 inch baking pan.

  4. Drizzle with 1 T butter.

  5. Cover with crumbs; press the crumbs onto the fish.

  6. Drizzle with remaining 1 T butter.

  7. Bake, uncovered at 350* for 20 minutes.
